Dear Marjorie,

Even though we have never met, I feel as though we are “Old Friends.”  I recently discovered that it is you that I have to thank for the design of “RAINBOW’S END” my little cottage in Carmel-By-The-Sea.

I am so appreciative for all the thought and planning that you put in to the design and the floor plan.  Everything is just right!  The recessed lighting, the outside and inside entries, the front and back yards, the wooden deck under our beloved oak tree, the French windows, the access to sunlight, the window seats, the modern, yet country kitchen, the secluded master bedroom and luxurious bath, the garage with its homey laundry area, the breakfast room over-looking our very own California redwood in a garden to die for … these are just a few of the countless appointments that have created a cozy sanctuary that we only reluctantly leave for twice daily walks along the Carmel Beach.

We will be forever grateful to you for your time, energy and talent.
